3. Delivery Timelines
- Custom-Stitched Orders: Typically dispatched within 7–12 working days, depending on design complexity and measurement confirmation.
- Ready-to-Wear Products: Usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can monitor the status of your order until delivery.

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure timely delivery. All deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
