    We provide custom stitching services and sell ready-to-wear garments. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and demand.
  2. Order Placement
    Custom stitching orders require accurate inputs regarding garment type, fabric details, measurements, and design references. Incomplete or inaccurate details may lead to delays or errors.
  3. Payment Terms
    Full or partial payment (as specified at checkout) is required to confirm an order. We support secure payment methods and do not store card details.
  4. Delivery Timelines
    Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated in case of any delays.
  5. Cancellations & Changes
    Custom stitching orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Ready-to-wear orders can be canceled before shipping.
  6. Returns & Refunds
    Custom-stitched items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Ready-to-wear products can be returned or exchanged as per our return policy.
  7. Measurement Liability
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We also offer a home visit option (where available) for precise sizing.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All content, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Pick and Stitch by Mubi. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
